Getting Body Wraps That Work

Within the last five years I have figured out that body wrapping at home can be just as successful as spa wraps if you have any of the following goals:

I will be the first to tell you that there is a bit of a learning curve in regards to executing home body wraps. Five years ago I wasn't totally sure what I was doing, so it was an interesting adventure to put it mildly!
